Citizens of Zubin Potok continue rallying in protest

Serbs from Zubin Potok, in northern Kosmet, have been blocking the Kosovska Mitrovica-Ribariće road for seven days, in protest against the arrest of Jevrem Pantelić.

Serbs from Zubin Potok, in northern Kosmet, have been blocking the Kosovska Mitrovica-Ribariće road for seven days, in protest against the arrest of Jevrem Pantelić.

A Kosmet Serb representative, Ratomir Božović, said that northern Kosmet municipal presidents would pay a visit to them today.

Pantelic was arrested by EULEX eight days ago for alleged involvement in organized crime, but Serbs claim he was arrested because he had refused to pay excise taxes to the self-styled state of Kosovo.
