 After years-long negotiations, the Albanian government has agreed to pay the Euro 8 million debt to Serbia, MIA reports from Tirana.

 After years-long negotiations, the Albanian government has agreed to pay the Euro 8 million debt to Serbia, MIA reports from Tirana.

The agreement also envisages penalties in case Albania delays the payment. At the moment, Sali Berisha's government is in negotiations with Bosnia-Herzegovina discussing old unpaid debts.

The parliament of Albania has ratified an agreement with the Russian Federation to meet the country's financial obligations in amount of $1.036.723,48. The debt is to be paid by June 30.
