Assistant Minister of the Interior and Head of the Sector for Emergency Situations Predrag Maric and UN Resident Coordinator to Serbia William Infante will open a two-day seminar themed “Presenting national platforms in the context of the International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (ISDR) and Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA)” on 15 June, at 9.00 at the Zira Hotel, Ruzveltova 35.

The Sector for Emergency Situations will organise the seminar in order to establish a national platform for disaster reduction in Serbia in cooperation with the UN Development Programme (UNDP).

The seminar is funded by the EU and implemented by the UNDP and the World Meteorological Organisation.
