Serbian President Boris Tadic Wednesday received credentials of the newly appointed ambassadors of Slovakia, Jan Varso, of Island, Gunnar Snorri Gunnarsson, of the Republic of South Africa, Sophonia Rapulane Makgetla, and of Kenya, Salma Ahmed, the Serbian president's press office said in a release on the same day.

In his talks with the newly appointed ambassadors, Tadic expressed the expectation that cooperation between Serbia and the countries they represented would develop and grow stronger in all fields of common interest.
The Serbian president welcomed the new ambassadors, wishing them every success in their work and expressing the hope they would enjoy good cooperation with Serbia's institutions, the release said.
