Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said that Russia is ready to extend humanitarian assistance to Japan, to accommodate victims at its health building centers and to look into the possibility of employment of Japanese in its territory.
"We are also ready to give to our Japanese neighbors humanitarian aid, to send food, water, medicines and other essentials," Medvedev said at a meeting of the Russian Security Council.
He also added that it was necessary to consider the possibility of "accommodating at Russian sanatoria and health-building centers Japanese children and, generally, those affected, for medical and psychological rehabilitation."
"In general, we must now think about using, if necessary, perhaps, part of the labor potential of our neighbors, especially in sparsely populated areas of Siberia and the Far East," said Medvedev.

I would like to say to Russia. This is a very nice jester to help the people of Japan in time of need.
There are people in shock wondering around and starving to death.
In need of moving to a safer place.
This is something needed right now.
I would also like to say to the world to be very vigilant right now as the moon is at it closest to the earth’s surface at the moment and will put more pressure on fault lines Earthquakes, Surnames,
Volcano eruptions, Landslides, Avalanches etc.
This warning should be taken seriously if you live near unstable ground.
Lets hope not but deserter is inedible on this planet earth.
I would like to congratulate the Japanese on their fin building practices for earthquake resistant buildings The world should take notice of this learning curve
Good luck to all and all the best to you.
