Azerbaijan Press Council to host Turkish journalists

According to the Council, the event will bring together Turkish journalists of Radikal, Hurriyet, Hurriyyet Daily News, Todays Zaman, Zaman and Star papers, as well as members of the executive board of the Council, and heads of the country`s mass media.

The Azerbaijan`s Press Council will host a meeting with Turkish journalists on Monday.

According to the Council, the event will bring together Turkish journalists of Radikal, Hurriyet, Hurriyyet Daily News, Todays Zaman, Zaman and Star papers, as well as members of the executive board of the Council, and heads of the country`s mass media.

The aim of the visit of journalists, which was initiated by the Turkey`s embassy in Baku, is to inform the attendees on the history, culture, statehood tradition, economic potential of the country, as well as Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.

The visit will end on July 22.
