The Zagreb Fair with around 30 specialized events and 6,000 exhibitors on an annual level expects a greater inflow of Serbian businessmen in 2012.

According to the organizer, Serbian businessmen have shown the greatest interest in the 36th International Fair of Construction and Equipping which will be held from April 17-21, Medicine and Technology on May 17-19, but also in the International Tourism Fair 'Crotour' from May 9-12.

In the last several years, around 300 companies and exhibitors from Serbia took part in these fairs.

Presenting the events at the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, Acting Director General of the Zagreb Fair Milan Trbojevic said on Wednesday that there is the potential for increasing the presence of Serbian companies, and reaching the record from the start of the 1990s, when Serbia was represented at the Zagreb Fair with as many as 500 companies, which occupied up to 30,000m2 of exhibition space.
