Ten years since the attack against Serbs near Podujevo

The explosion of a mine placed under the bridge on the Nis-Pristina road blew up the first of six buses carrying Serbs, displaced from Kosovo, who, escorted by KFOR, were on their way to Gracanica to attend the church service on All Souls Day.
Today marks 10 years since the attack on the "Nis Express" bus near Podujevo, in northern Kosovo, when 12 Serbs were killed and 43 were injured.

In March 2009, Florim Ejupi, the only suspect in this heinous crime, was released by the Kosovo court in the second instance .
