The Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) will file charges in over 100 municipalities  against Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic and former miniser of finance Diana Dragutinovic for violating the law on local government financing and abuse of office, according to the DSS.

DSS official Marko Milutinovic told a news conference that Cvetkovic and Dragutinovic broke the law by creating the 2009, 2010 and 2011 budget.

According to Milutinovic, Cvetkovic's and Dragutinovic's actions will cause local governments to lose around EUR 500 million in 2011.

This is the DSS way to mark 1,000 days of the current government, he noted.
