Dinar falls sharply against euro

The dinar will fall sharply against the euro Tuesday, by RSD 2, setting the middle official exchange rate at RSD 99.9156 per euro, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) has released.

The dinar will fall sharply against the euro Tuesday, by RSD 2, setting the middle official exchange rate at RSD 99.9156 per euro, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) has released.

The NBS has so far not given any explanation for such a sudden fall of the dinar against the euro, and there has been no official information that any intervention in the interbank foreign exchange market took place.

This year, the national currency was lowest on January 6, at the exchange rate of RSD 106.4947 per euro.
