The manifestation 'Days of Cuban Culture' began in Cacak, a city in central Serbia, on Monday, and will be open until Friday.

Opening an exhibition of photographs and old musical instruments in Cacak's cultural center House of Culture, Cuban Ambassador Mercedes Martinez Valdes said that such manifestations were good opportunities to make the two distant countries learn something about each other.

Visitors of the manifestation will be able to see the greatest achievements of Cuban cinema and to learn about poetry and music of the Latin American country. The cultural event ends on Friday with a concert on the main square that will be performed by one of the most famous music bands from Cuba.

The manifestation is organized by the Serbian-Cuban Friendship Society founded in Cacak last year.
