The EU is satisfied with the agreement of Belgrade and Pristina with KFOR on the temporary easing of the crisis in Kosovo and fully supports the activities of KFOR to implement the agreement, said spokesman for the EU High Representative, Michael Mann.

He pointed out as essential that the authorities in Belgrade and Pristina do everything to completely calm down tensions, and, among other things, remove barricades in the north, which is part of the agreement.

The EU's position is that everything must be done so the representatives of Belgrade and Pristina can return again in mid-September to dialogue as a framework for resolution of outstanding issues, said Mann.
