Baskerfest is organized by civic association "One Way", under the auspices of the City of Skopje.

All performances will be attractive, One Way representative Pane Temov told reporters on Thursday.

However, he emphasized two as particularly interesting, namely a French female acrobat will walk on 75-m-long wire at the 11-m-height and an artist from Germany will set him self on fire every evening during the festival, which runs until June 12. He will perform the self-immolation act at 21.30h on the left bank of the Vardar River.

Skopje Mayor Koce Trajanovski will have the honor to open the festival on Friday evening.
