Croatia: Franc falls by 1.96% against kuna

The Swiss franc continued depreciating against the kuna on Tuesday when it dropped 1.96 percent to trade at HRK 6.622444 , according to the latest midpoint exchange rate list of the Croatian National Bank (HNB).

The Swiss franc continued depreciating against the kuna on Tuesday when it dropped 1.96 percent to trade at HRK 6.622444 , according to the latest midpoint exchange rate list of the Croatian National Bank (HNB).

On 10 August, the Swiss franc reached a record high level against the kuna, trading at HRK 7.184. After that it began sliding, with a drop by 7.56 percent in its strength against the kuna since 10 August.

Today, the Croatian national currency rose against the US dollar by 0.93 percent and the British pound by 0.39 percent, with the mean exchange rate of one dollar being equal to HRK 5.176903 and one pound being equal to HRK 8.478416.

The kuna fell by 0.14 percent against the euro, resulting in one euro being equal to HRK 7.454223.
