FYRMacedonia's industrial production index in July higher for 5,5%

The industrial production volume index in January - July 2011 is higher for 8,6% in comparison to the same period last year.

According to the State Statistical Office data, the industrial production volume index in Macedonia in July 2011 is higher for 5,5 percent in comparison with the same month of last year.

The industrial production in the section mining and quarrying increased by 2.2%, manufacturing industry - 9.0%, while the one of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply decreased by 18.7%.

The industrial production by Main Industrial Groups was higher in intermediate goods industries, except energy by 2.6%, capital good industries - 26.1%, durable consumer goods industries - 181.1% and non-durable consumer goods industries - 6.3%, but was lower in energy by 15.5%.

The industrial production volume index in January - July 2011 is higher for 8,6% in comparison to the same period last year.
