The government of Albania approved during its meeting today some amendments to the decision, “On criteria, procedures, rental or use contracts or other relevant agreements related to the national wealth”.

The decision by proposal of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy targets to encourage investments in the sector of renewable energy.

The decision carries the application of euro 1 tariff per contract on use of the public territory for development of projects on new energy resources.

This decision adjusts the relations on use of public territory during implementation of the concessionary projects in this sector.
