A new player is about to enter the Croatian mobile network market next month. Fixed line operator H1 Telecom are set to launch H1 Mobile next month, reported daily newspaper Vecernji list.

H1 will share a network through its partnership in infrastructure with one of the existing operators, but its services will be offered seperately. Along with fixed line services, broadband internet and IPTV, H1 Telecom will offer its customers virtual mobile telephone services.

"We can confirm that H1 Telecom will soon present its new mobile network, H1 mobile, with a prefix of 090 and that we will be the first fixed line telecom operator that has moved into the mobile phone segment," said board president Kristian Curkovic.
