The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and the USDA office of the US embassy in Serbia are organising a regional conference on market IT systems at 09.00 on 14 and 15 September, at the M Best Western Hotel in Belgrade, Bulevar Oslobodjenja 56a.

The conference is part of the assistance of the USDA to Serbia, with the aim of helping to develop the Agricultural Market Information System of Serbia (STIPS) and improve inter-regional cooperation to reduce the discrepancies in the market and increase activities in the agricultural market.

The conference will gather experts in this remit from Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, FYRMacedonia, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, the United States and NGOs monitoring this sector.
