Bosnian Ambassador to Serbia Boris Arnaut said that the events in Novi Pazar are "Serbia's domestic affair" and that "Bosnia and Herzegovina has no intention of getting involved."

"We seriously hope that a solution will be found to calm the situation in Sandzak and prevent tensions from escalating. We are sure that Belgrade's policy and the situation in Sandzak itself will lead to dialog and a sensible solution," Arnaut told BETA.

The Bosnian ambassador also visited Krusevac as part of a tour of Serbia proper, to promote the restoration of economic and cultural ties between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
