Xavier de Marnhac, Head of EULEX Kosovo, will visit Belgrade 22-23 November 2010 for the first time in his capacity as Head of Mission.

In this two-day introductory visit the Head of the EULEX Mission will meet ministers of the Serbian Government.

The visit will provide an opportunity to discuss rule of law matters, especially the importance of the implementation of the rule of law in the north of Kosovo.
