The absence of concrete projects is blocking funds that international community pledges for Kosovo, writes the paper. For instance, the fund provided by the EU‟s Pre-Accession Instrument (IPA) in the amount of 67 million Euros for this year has yet to be implemented.
The absence of concrete projects is blocking funds that international community pledges for Kosovo, writes the paper. For instance, the fund provided by the EU‟s Pre-Accession Instrument (IPA) in the amount of 67 million Euros for this year has yet to be implemented.
Economy experts blame the institutions of Kosovo for not being able to come up with concrete projects in order to utilize the funds while representatives of the institutions claim the European Commission has first to approve projects before their implementation can start and most of the projects are planned for 2011.
