The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on ratification of the agreement between the Serbia and Montenegro on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters.

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on ratification of the agreement between the Serbia and Montenegro on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters.

The cabinet adopted a Decree on conditions for the encouragement and development of enterprises and entrepreneurship in underdeveloped municipalities in 2011, and a Decree on conditions for stimulating production and employment in the devastated areas in 2011.

A conclusion related to the reimbursement of expenses for lawyers of the Nastic family before the US competent courts was adopted.

The government decided to provide $20,000 for authorised legal representatives of the Nastic family, in connection with judicial proceedings conducted in the United States because of revocation of custody of their minor children.

The cabinet adopted a Programme of distribution and use of subsidies in agriculture, forestry and water management in 2011.

Also, the government adopted the strategy of preserving and strengthening relations between the homeland and diaspora and the homeland and the Serbs in the region.
