The dinar has strengthened against the euro by 10 paras on Tuesday, setting the official middle exchange rate at RSD 103.5024 per euro, announced the National Bank of Serbia.

The dinar hit its high for the year to date on February 24, when the middle exchange rate was RSD 102.8052 for one euro, while its lowest value was on January 6 when one euro was worth RSD 106.4947.

The central bank made only one intervention in the interbank foreign exchange market since the start of the year, buying EUR 5 million, in an effort to prevent excessive daily fluctuations in the exchange rate.
