Two EULEX cars were set on fire early Tuesday morning in the Sunny Hill area in Pristina, spokesperson of the mission Irina Gudeljevic told Tanjug.

She said that investigation is underway and that the Kosovo police is now at the scene of the incident.

Gudeljevic said that the motive for the torching is unknown.

The Kosovo police has no information either whether the incident was caused deliberately or if it occurred due to other circumstances.

Earlier in the day it was reported that an explosion occurred in the Sunny Hill in the morning, damaging one EULEX vehicle.
