The seventh ministerial conference of southeastern Europe "Cultural Heritage - a Bridge towards a Shared Future" which will gather representatives of 12 countries will be held in Belgrade on 10 June.
The seventh ministerial conference of southeastern Europe "Cultural Heritage - a Bridge towards a Shared Future" which will gather representatives of 12 countries will be held in Belgrade on 10 June.
Prior to the conference, at 12.00, Minister of Culture, Media and Information Society Predrag Markovic will open the photo exhibition "Cultural Route – Danube Fortresses" at Kalemegdan, in the presence of UNESCO Assistant Director General for Culture Francesco Bandarin.
The ministerial conference will be opened at 14.30 at Sava Centre, hall 3/0, by Minister Markovic and Francesco Bandarin.
A press conference is scheduled for 17.00 in the same hall.
The ministerial conference is being organised by the Ministry of Culture, Media and Information Society with the support of UNESCO. Some of the participants are Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia-Herzegovina Sredoje Novic, Minister of Culture and Sports of Bosnia-Herzegovina Salmir Kaplan, Croatian Minister of Culture Jasen Mesic, Montenegrin Minister of Culture Branislav Micunovic and Romanian Minister of Culture and National Heritage Hunor Kelemen.
Serbia took over presidency of the Council of Ministers of southeastern Europe from Romania in April this year.
