The official opening of the gathering is scheduled for Tuesday morning, when the guests will be addressed by Serbian Defence Minister Dragan Sutanovac, Chief of Staff of the Serbian Army General Miloje Miletic and Supreme Allied Commander Transformation General Stephane Abrial.

The conference is organised by the Allied Command Transformation from Norfolk, the U.S., and will be attended by chiefs of staff and representatives of NATO member countries, Partnership for Peace, Mediterranean Dialogue, Istanbul Cooperation Initiative and high military representatives of the NATO and the EU.
