Two Serbian films, made in co-production with Macedonia and the Netherlands - Punk's Not Dead by Vladimir Blazevski and He by Sasa Matijevic will be shown at the international film festival in Karlovy Vary.

Two Serbian films, made in co-production with Macedonia and the Netherlands - Punk's Not Dead by Vladimir Blazevski and He by Sasa Matijevic will be shown at the international film festival in Karlovy Vary.

Opening the festival is the latest adaption of the Charlotte Bronte classic Jane Eyre, directed by Cary Fukanaga. About 200 films will be shown at the festival, 12 of them competing for the main prize - the Crystal Globe.

Hungarian director Istvan Szabo will preside over the international jury, and in addition to about 20 world premieres, the festival will include numerous side programs and retrospectives. The festival closes on Saturday, July 9, with a showing of Woody Allen's romantic comedy Midnight in Paris.
