Tadic received Serbian volleyball team

Serbian President Boris Tadic received the women's volleyball national team, who won a gold medal at the European Championship in Belgrade. On behalf of Serbian citizens, Tadic thanked the players for the success which everyone admires, as he said.

I want to thank you for all you have done for our people, country and sport, said Tadic. He reminded that Serbia is the first state to win European gold in volleyball after 20 years in both men's and women's competition.

Team captain Jelena Nikolic thanked the citizens of Serbia that followed the competition. We have always had the feeling that the whole of Serbia is with us, said Nikolic.
