Serbian Government abolishes soybean meal import customs duties

Minister of Agriculture, Trade, Forestry and Water Management Dusan Petrovic said today that the Serbian government decided to abolish all customs duties and levies on imports of soybean meal in Serbia.

Petrovic said after meeting with representatives of manufacturers of animal feed in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) that fees on soybean meal imports from the EU amounted to 6.2%, and fees on the goods originating from Turkey and the EFTA countries totalled 12.3%.
