Novak Djokovic will play in Australian Open finals, the water polo team in the European Championship finals in Holland, and the handball team in the finals of the European Championship that Serbia is hosting.
The best tennis player of the world, Novak Djokovic, qualified for the finals Friday at the Australian Open after beating the best British tennis player Andy Murray in the semi-finals 3-2 in sets. Djokovic will face the second best world tennis player Rafael Nadal in Melbourne in the finals.
A few hours later Friday, the Serbian water polo team triumphed against Italy in the European Championship semi-finals in the Dutch city of Eindhoven, defeating them with 12-8, and thus qualifying for the finals on Sunday against Montenegro.
Finally, in perhaps the most dramatic game due to the high degree of risk, Serbian handball players convincingly defeated the Croatian team and qualified for the European Championship finals, in which they will face Denmark.
