Bishop Teodosije of the Raska-Prizren Eparchy pointed that the Kosovo police actions involving the abuse of the elderly and children for no reason whatsoever and destruction of private property are contrary to law and working standards of police forces in the world.
The Raska-Prizren Eparchy of the Serbian Orthodox Church has requested an urgent investigation into police brutality against civilians who did not resist the police during the arrest of 6 Serbs near Gnjilane.
The Eparchy most severely condemned Saturday’s action of the Kosovo Police who were brutal against Serb civilians, including 70-year old Zivojin Stojanovic and one child, the communiqué reads.
