It is expected that the Supreme Administrative Court will pronounce a decision on Tymoshenko's action on February 18 evening.

Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, who challenged in the Supreme Administrative Court the CEC's protocol on results of the presidential election declaring Viktor Yanukovych as the election's winner, expressed hope that consideration of her appeal will be honest.

According to her, the proceedings that will be held in the Supreme Administrative Court are necessary not only for 11.5 million of the people who voted for democracy. “I am convinced that the honest proceedings in the Supreme Administrative Court are necessary, primarily for Viktor Yanukovych and those persons who voted for him,” Tymoshenko emphasized in her comments to journalists.

Yulia Tymoshenko informed that in her statement of claim she set out all five technologies that were used during voting in the second round of the election on February 7. The claim is supported by concrete facts and video and photo materials.

According to the Premier, only at some electoral districts in Crimea a repeated counting of votes showed that returns are rigged by 3-5% in favor of her opponent.

Tymoshenko also accused the Prosecutor General's Office in putting pressure on judges. In particular, criminal cases have been instituted against the President and five judges of the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals “for they pronounced honest and true decisions,” she said emphasizing that the situation starts to remind the year of 2004.

Our political team will defend the courts, judges from the Prosecutor General's Office that works on an order from the Regions Party,” the Premier said.

It is expected that the Supreme Administrative Court will pronounce a decision on Tymoshenko's action on February 18 evening.
