Election result of the Party of BiH (SBiH) do not make it responsible nor relevant for constituting of executive authority in BiH, but Presidency of SBiH decided to act constructively in the election capacity they have and give contribution to this process regardless of the fact that SBiH will act as an opposition party, Press Service of SBiH announced.
They “emphasized that they firmly stick to repeatedly stated opinions regarding state property, constitutional changes, denationalization and restitution as well as other issues regarding Euro-Atlantic integrations on which we will be persistent”.

“We were asked and had talks with group of parties with this stance gathered around SNSD and HDZBiH held on December 28 2010 where we clearly expressed our stance and emphasized that stance and concrete moves regarding state property of this bloc and the bloc lead by SDP are not acceptable for us”, it was stated.

It was emphasized from SBiH that by proclamation of the Law on status of state property in RS territory, SNSD sent a clear message it does not intend to change its stance on state property but on the contrary, it wants to finish the project of taking state property away in favor of the entity.

“In these circumstances SBiH does not intend to further take part in the talks, nor it will attend the meeting scheduled for January 10 2011”, it was stated in SBiH’s announcement.
