Although the popularity of the Croatian President Ivo Josipovic seems to rise with every new poll, there are still those who see Croatia's most popular politican with a critical eye.

According to Ipsos Plus investigation, 30.6 per cent of those surveyed believe that Josipovic could do more, while 9.5 per cent think that he has not done anything special so far.

The most critical are those between the ages of 30 and 40, highly educated Dalmatians and voters of the majority Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ). Josipovic is a member of the opposition Social Democratic Party (SDP).

Some 77 per cent think Josipovic has done as much as he could, the portal Dalje writes.

Suporters of the two major parties, HDZ and SDP, believe that the President will remain neutral as parliamentary elections near this year.
