Spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Ramin Mehmanparast stated that together with invited representatives of Russia, China, EU, developing and Arab countries, foreign experts will also visit the country's nuclear facilities, the AP Agency said.
Representatives from Egypt, Algeria, Venezuela and Syria confirmed their arrival on Saturday and Sunday, Iran's Ambassador to the UN International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Ali Asghar Soltanieh stated.
The EU refused to attend the tour.
Two days ago, Tehran said that it will not allow the EU’s refusal to influence the negotiations with world powers over Iran's nuclear ambitions.
Five regular members of the UN Security Council – Russia, the USA, China, France, and Great Britain – as well as Germany hope that the talks, which will be held in Istanbul on January 21 and 22, will focus on their fears that Iran’s aim is to develop nuclear weapons.
Out of the members of the so-called P5+1 group which will meet in Istanbul, the EU refused to visit Iran, the USA are not invited, and Russia and China are yet to give their response.
