The leaders' meeting is convened in a bid the regular consultations between the President and country's most relevant actors to be resumed, aimed at observing these important events, tasks and priorities in a suitable fashion, reads the press release.
Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov has invited the leaders of the biggest parliamentary political parties - VMRO-DPMNE's Nikola Gruevski, SDSM's Branko Crvenkovski, DUI's Ali Ahmeti, DPA's Menduh Taci and ND's Imer Selmani - to a meeting which will be held on January 21 in Jasen reserve.
Leaders will discuss the observance of two significant jubilees this year - 20 years since country's independence declaration and 10 years since the signing of the Ohrid Framework Agreement, fulfilment of Macedonia's top strategic goals - NATO and EU integration - obligations and issues stemming from the latest European Commission report and the upcoming census in April, Ivanov's cabinet says in a press release.
