Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) has temporarily suspended the trading of Croatian oil company Ina’s shares for the second time in a month.
HANFA noted a considerable trading activity of Ina’s shares by foreign investors and has requested information from the traders to ensure transparency and investor protection, the daily TPortal writes.
Ina closed trading on Wednesday at a record price of 4,200 kunas or 570 Euros per share.
This is a second suspension in just a month. A mysterious entity had been buying Ina shares, upping their value on the market and prompting HANFA to temporarily suspend trading on 25 March and open an investigation.
