Strbac: Operation Flash is part of joint criminal enterprise

The Croatian Army Operation Flash, which completed the ethnic cleansing of Serbs from western Slavonia, was part of a joint criminal enterprise for which two Croatian generals were recently convicted before The Hague tribunal, said President of the NGO Veritas Savo Strbac.
