 The airport in Podgorica reopened early on Aug. 23, after being closed for the night when a fire plane was forced to make an emergency landing.

 The airport in Podgorica reopened early on Aug. 23, after being closed for the night when a fire plane was forced to make an emergency landing.

The plane made an emergency landing late on Aug. 22 without its landing gear, Aerodromi Crne Gore public company GM Milovan Djurickovic told BETA.

After that airport workers labored throughout the night to clear the runway for regular incoming and outgoing flights.
