Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor is scheduled to travel to Kosovo on Wednesday for a day-long official visit.

She is expected to hold talks with top Kosovo officials on the strengthening of bilateral relations, notably economic ties, and meet Croatian soldiers deployed in Kosovo as part of the NATO-led peacekeeping force KFOR.

Kosor is also expected to meet representatives of the Croatian minority living in the youngest European state.

According to a statement issued by the Office of the Croatian Government, Kosor will hold talks with Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, after which both officials are expected to take part in the Croatia-Kosovo Business Forum.

Kosor is also scheduled to hold talks with Deputy Prime Minister Slobodan Petrovic and Kosovo Parliament Speaker Jakup Krasniqi.

Two bilateral agreements are to be signed - a protocol on cooperation in the European integration process between two countries' foreign ministries and an agreement on international road transport of passengers and cargo between the two governments.
