WAZ Media Group will hand out its 55-pct stake in Dnevnik Vojvodina Press (DVP) to the employees of the company, the Group said in a statement.

The WAZ is prepared to hand out its stake if Dnevnik Holding waives all the claims it has toward the Media Group.

In July, the WAZ stated that representatives of Dnevnik Holding missed the deadline to accept the offer to take over 55 pct that the WAZ holds in the DVP.

The WAZ then extended the deadline, but once again the offer was not accepted.
