IMF mission has arrived to Belgrade where today it commences the negotiations on the sixth revision of the standby arrangement with Serbia, it has been confirmed from the Belgrade Office of that institution.

The delegation should stay in Serbia until November 2, and as on previous occasions it is headed by Albert Jaeger.
The technical negotiations of IMF representatives and the Serbian Government will open today, and the official talks on Monday. The main topic of the sixth revision will be the rebalance of the Serbian budget for 2010 and 2011.
Other economic measures in monetary and financial domains will also be discussed, explained permanent representative of IMF in Serbia Bogdan Lisovolik. The current standby arrangement of Serbia and IMF will expire in April next year.
