The Serbian MPs continued Tuesday the third session of the autumn sitting by posing questions to representatives of the government, whereas after that they are to consider the bill on the spatial plan of the Republic of Serbia from 2010 to 2020.

Out of the 24 amendments made to the bill which is to harmonize economic and social development with natural, ecological and cultural potentials and limitations in the territory of Serbia, 11 have been approved by the government.

The major goals of the Spatial Plan are to reduce the economic differences, make the regional development more balanced, secure sustainable use of resources and protect cultural heritage.

During the third sitting of the autumn sitting of the parliament, which started on October 14, the MPs have so far discussed 36 bills and other acts.
