Based on Serbian media, Epoka e Re reports that „a constructive approach toward Kosovo‟ and „full cooperation with The Hague Tribunal‟ are Serbia‟s preconditions for EU integration.

This was the message of the European Commissioner for Enlargement Stefan Fuele, conveyed to Serbian President Boris Tadic during a meeting held Tuesday in Belgrade.

According to Fuele, the date of Serbia‟s membership in the EU depends mostly on Serbia.

“It is of major importance for Serbia to develop a constructive approach in relation to Kosovo, therefore the determination for dialogue with Pristina is encouraged,” said Fuele.
