5th fair of ethnic food and drinks opened

The fair will be opened November 27 – 30 and it will feature more than 200 manufacturers of specialties and products made by special traditional recipes.The Fair is primarily intended for business visitors, but its important role is also the transfer of traditional recipes and knowledge, as well as the meeting with the general audience.

Fifth international fair of ethnic food and drinks, dubbed “Ethnic Product Brand Name Foundation” was opened Saturday at Belgrade Fair.

The fair will be opened November 27 – 30 and it will feature more than 200 manufacturers of specialties and products made by special traditional recipes, vice president of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) Sasa Vlaisavljevic stated at the opening.

Vlaisavljevic pointed out that the objective of the Fair was promotion of the national products, finding buyers and new markets.

Manufacturers from 20 Serbian regions, as well as guests from Greece and Bulgaria will present their products at the Fair.

The Fair is primarily intended for business visitors, but its important role is also the transfer of traditional recipes and knowledge, as well as the meeting with the general audience.

The Fair is co-organized by PKS and Belgrade Fair, under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia.
