Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Regional Development Mladjan Dinkic and a delegation from his Ministry, representatives from SNC Lavalin, Export Development Canada (EDC), the World Bank and the Canadian Ambassador to Belgrade will visit the mining and metallurgical complex RTB Bor on 10 December.

Visit schedule:

10.00 – Meeting with RTB Bor leadership, Djordja Vajferta 29. Cameramen and photojournalists will be allowed to record the beginning of the meeting.

11.00 – Visit to Veliki Krivelj flotation facility.

11.45 – Visit to Jalovista tailings dump.

12.30 – Meeting with President of Bor municipality Nebojsa Videnovic, Mose Pijade 3. Cameramen and photojournalists will be allowed to record the beginning of the meeting.

13.30 - Dinkic, Director of RTB Bor Blagoje Spaskovski, President of Bor municipality Nebojsa Videnovic and Director of company Sanch Srdjan Dejkovic will sign a memorandum of understanding on the purchase and reconstruction of facilities in RTB Bor on the area of 510 square metres, which will create conditions for opening 50 new workplaces.

Director of Skijalista Srbije company in charge of managing Serbia’s ski resorts Nebojsa Skoric and the President of Bor municipality will sign a contract on granting the use of the ski lift “Centar” from Mount Kopaonik.

Both agreements will be signed at the Bor municipal assembly, Mose Pijade 3, after which the officials will give statements to the press.
