Dinar weakens 10 para against euro

The dinar continued to weaken against the euro by 10 para, or 0.1 percent, thus making official middle exchange rate RSD 107.3772 per euro, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) announced.

The NBS did not intervene by selling foreign currency at the interbank market on Wenesday, and since the beginning of the year it has sold EUR 2,439 billion in order to prevent excessive daily oscillations of the dinar.
In 2010 the dinar hit its highest on January 4, when the official middle exchange rate was RSD 95.9679 per euro, and its lowest on November 4, when the median rate was RSD 107.5216 per euro.
