Serbian Defense Minister Dragan Sutanovac had talks in Sofia with Bulgarian Minister of Defense Anjo Angelov about improving cooperation in the defense industry, military medicine and joint training.

Sutanovac expressed appreciation to Angelov for the support his country provides to Serbia in the European and regional integration. Sutanovac has offered to train members of the Bulgarian army, together with members of the Serbian army in the military base "South" in Bujanovac, and for Bulgaria to send members of its army for military education at the Military Academy in Belgrade.

Sutanovac also talked with Bulgarian PM Boyko Borissov and Parliament Speaker Tsetska Tsacheva, and thanked them for the strong support Bulgaria provides to Serbia on its course of European integration.
