The National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce Serbia (NC ICC Serbia) held one of a number of meetings within Incoterms 2010 discussing the topic of international freight and transport in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) on Friday.

The goal of the meeting was presentation of the Incoterms rights which have been implemented in Serbia since the New Year.

The participants of the meeting could learn about the structure of a sales agreement, terms and conditions of delivery of goods under sales contract, legal norms in trade, as well as be informed about the areas in which Incoterms rules are applied.
