The second round of the fifth anniversary “Coca-Cola Talents” contest has been entered by 156 students, who have fulfilled defined conditions and sent valid applications. They have been invited to testing, organised at the Master Classroom of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, where they have provided written answers to questions for general aptitude testing.

After the first selection round, scanning of CVs and motivation letter, the students have been selected and invited to general aptitude testing. After this one, two more selection phases follow – evaluation of competences through individual and group exercises and final interviews.

Following all selection rounds, the fifth anniversary generation of the Coca-Cola Talents will be selected, namely seven students with a potential and all the required features to become best-class managers in an international company.

They will have an opportunity to participate in top-class training, seminars, learn about the best practices of the company and, through a vast mentor program, gain know-how and practical experience they otherwise cannot acquire in the classic educational system. The program also includes financial support of EUR2,000 per academic year.

Students of accredited state and private faculties in Serbia who fulfilled requirements for enrolling the third year of studies, had the average grade of 8.5 and more, were fluent in English language and had excellent PC skills, were eligible to apply. The contest was open from November 03 until December 03, 2010, and the whole selection process is supervised by the Supervisory Committee of Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia.

Names of the students who have fulfilled the contest requirements and have been invited to aptitude testing, as well as all the information on the contest, are available at www.cchbc-talents.co.rs.

The long-term “Coca-Cola Talents” program was launched by Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia, in partnership with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia, for the best students.

The program has been supported by the People’s Office of the President of the Republic of Serbia, and, as of this year, Universities of Belgrade, Niš, Novi Sad, Novi Pazar and Prishtina.

In addition to student organisations which have traditionally supported the program - AIESEC, AEGEE, Student Union of Serbia, ESTIEM, EESTEC, BEST - organisations such as SUPRA, TIM, ESF, IAAS, NAPSER, IFMSA Serbia have also joined the program.

The project is also supported by the University Centre for Students with Disabilities of the University of Belgrade, Career Development Center, Belgrade Open School, NGO Initiatives, and media partners Infostud, B92, 24 sata.

As of this year, the University Centre for Students with Disabilities, the Association of Students with Disabilities, and the Centre for Monitoring and Evaluation have joined the project
